Five members plus one dog showed and it was a BEAUTIFUL night. The moon was brilliant and spectacular - to say the least. We launched from the grassy knoll off of Queen's Harbour Boulevard and paddled to the lock. A brief stop was had to sample the refreshements provided by Glenn and Debbie Ross. BIG Kudos to the Ross Family! For those of you that did not join us tonight, you missed the best Full Moon night we have ever had thus far..................

TRIP INFORMATION:
A full moon kayak trip will be offered on Wednesday, September 26th. The trip will leave from the grassy bank (across the street from residence 716 Queen's Harbour Blvd.), after the sun has set. Hopefully this will allow us to enjoy a cooler evening. We will paddle around the harbour and hopefully visit some friends along the way. We will meet at 7:45 pm to have everyone in the water and paddling by 8:00 pm. Moon rise will be at 7:12 pm but it will take some time for it to shine upon the harbour.
If you are a member of the club, live on the harbour and not participating - we will expect refreshments to be available on your dock!!!!! (just kidding.)
Please click on "comment" below and leave a message if you are interested in participating (or providing some refreshments)......
